5* PHARMACY RETURNS POLICY
5* Pharmacy want you to be happy with your products. If your order arrives with an item that is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the form below, within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of item. We will happily replace the product or issue a full refund. See additional information below.
Please make sure 5* Pharmacy receives your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.
If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you will be refunded with a 5* Pharmacy Voucher to the value of the returned items.
5* Pharmacy can also process exchanges in our associate stores, Slane and Tullyallen Pharmacy, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.
If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for other merchandise or a Pharmacy Gift Voucher.
RETURNING PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE RETURNS PERIOD
If you return your purchase by post/courier/in-store after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), 5* reserve the right not to offer a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you and you may be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase from 5* Pharmacy.
TAKING CARE OF 5* PHARMACY GOODS
You will naturally wish to inspect the your purchases, however, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging including breaking the seal or protective wrapper where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed products, e.g., cosmetics, fragrances, personal grooming products and gift items) and, if you wish to return anything, that it reaches 5* Pharmacy in perfect condition. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, either when in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
Products that cannot be returned include but are not limited to Gift Vouchers, earrings, hampers, personalised goods, reduced/sale or free items.
REFUNDING DELIVERY CHARGES
Should you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges if applicable.
5* Pharmacy are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when only part of your order is being cancelled.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS AND RETURNS
If you used a promotional discount when paying for your order you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
