Cold sore treatment and prevention bundle

Description

Cold sores are small, blister-like lesions that usually appear around the mouth. They are caused by the herpes simplex viruses. They usually occur when trigger factors eg cold weather, sunshine, poor dietary choices, lack of certain vitamins, sleep disturbance, stress. HSV-1 requires arginine, which is another amino acid, to grow. Lysine helps prevent the body from absorbing arginine, making it difficult for HSV-1 to grow and reproduce.

1 x Sona Vitamin B complex 30pk – Vitamin B deficiency has been long linked to trigger factors for cold sores. This B complex preparation from Sona is ideal preventing cold sores linked to this.
